Sellers using Amazon as their supplier.
I'm getting very angry with sellers who don't disclose they use Amazon as their supplier. If I wanted to buy from Amazon I would have bought from Amazon. Please tell me if this is legal on eBay.

They don’t disclose it because it is not allowed.
But - sellers can sell both here and there, and have amazon fill all of their orders - it is a service they pay for. It can be hard to tell the difference sometimes.
If the item arrived with a gift receipt, that is using amazon as a source and not allowed. If the same items sells for at least 20% less on amazon, then the seller is probably using amazon as a source.
If the item sells for about the same price as here, or if you find a seller there with a similar name as here, then it is probably someone selling on both sites and using amazon’s fulfillment services.
If you receive an item that you feel sure the seller is using amazon as a source, you can report it.
On this page select violated policy - https://www.ebay.com/help/action?topicid=4022 then select other. In the box write 'seller bought on amazon to fill my order'.

Mentor8 months agoDropshipping, where the Ebay seller fulfills orders directly from a wholesale supplier (Amazon) according to the seller's agreement with Amazon IS allowed on eBay.
However, listing an item on eBay, having the buyer purchase it and THEN purchasing the item from Amazon who then ships directly to the buyer is not allowed on eBay.
