Sellers unable to leave feedback...

I've noticed that sellers have been unable to leave me feedback for months. My feedback stopped when it hit 1200; about six months ago. I reached out to a few of the sellers, and they said they tried but that a blank box just appears and they aren't able to.
The same thing happens when I click on their feedback. I am able to leave feedback for the purchases but if I click on their feedback to make sure it was received, a blank white box appears.
It looks like a technical problem. Unfortunately, trying to contact eBay is an absolute joke.
I'd really appreciate any help on this matter!

OP1 week agoI can leave feedback. It's that the sellers don't seem to be able to leave me feedback for the purchase. And, after leaving feedback, I am unable to see the seller's feedback anymore if I try to go to it from the purchase page.
I just checked again, and when I click on the feedback number link on the purchase page, I get a white empty box with 'About this seller' at the top.

I think you are right and because of this issue I am tagging some of the eBay Team as this issue is not covered by the eBay Help pages and could be either an isolated case or a potential growing site issue. Thank you for posting about this!

Do you know of any tickets opened for this type of Feedback display issue or leaving FB for Buyers or Sellers? When I review this OP's FB history and click the Received as Seller tab the page is completely blank and only shows 1 page.
Any insights you can share would be greatly apprecaited!

Hey @mr_lincoln ! We checked to see if there are any tickets open on this and we currently do not have any. Since this may be something account specific, I would recommend OP reaching out to Customer Support to have a ticket open for their account individually.

OP1 week agoThank you for the reply Devon. I spent 15 minutes yesterday trying to figure out how to get customer support. With my issue not being listed, all avenues just took me to help pages. I wish there had been a response that said, "If this did not address your problem, please click the link below to contact support directly."

Here's how to contact eBay general customer service.

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with. Be brief when you reply to the chat bot.
4. Type AGENT (you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
3. Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media. Customer service verifies your identity before responding.
