Sellers tracking info.
I’ve had two items in a week where the seller added tracking information and come to find out sellers just created a tracking label and give the item to the shipper. days went by and shippers tracking hasn’t changed from shipper waiting for item, after a day I start trying to contact the sellers and days go by before I hear back, both have the same excuse, the shipper! Is this normal now and acceptable?

Mentor2 months agoGo to your Purchase History and locate the purchased item. What is the last estimated delivery date? You have up to 30 days past that date in order to file an Item Not Received case, to get your money back. Once you file, the seller has 3 days to provide a tracking number that shows Delivered or issue a full refund. If the seller does neither, on day 4 you return to the case and click Ask ebay to step in, to force a refund.
If it is past the 30 day limit, you will need to log into Paypal and file an Item Not Received case there, if that is how you paid, as they allow up to 180 days from date of purchase to file, to get your money back.
If you paid with a credit card, file a charge back with your credit card issuer.

Sorry your purchase didn't go smoothly. Here's how to get your money back.
Look for the last estimated delivery date in your purchase history. You can file a refund request when it is one day PAST the last estimated delivery date .
You have 30 days from the last estimated delivery date to file a refund request on eBay.
Select your item on this page to start a refund request:

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

If it is more than 30 days past the last estimated delivery date then you can file a refund request on PayPal up to 180 days from the date of purchase. OR if you didn't use PayPal at checkout contact your bank or credit card to report that you didn't receive the item.
