seller's timely shipping record correction

Is it possible to correct ebay's record for timely shipping when item is sent without an ebay label and with no tracking information available? Like a First Class letter with stamps because ebay would not provide the correct First Class Shipping Label for a 1.3 oz. letter.

Hi @mran_bart

-The short answer is no. eBay only works on electronic scanning of a tracking number within a Seller's Handling time to avoid a late shipping defect.

-eBay's label printing is NOT like buying standard postage for sending a letter. They do have the eBay Standard Envelope which is basically Metered Mail but that is only for specific items: eBay standard envelope | eBay

Ebay does not provide a label if you ship using first class because first class letter does not include tracking. If the buyer files an Item Not Received case, the seller will need to refund the buyer since s/he cannot provide proof of delivery.
