Sellers that wont return messages or do anything to rrsolve a simple issue
After i bid on an item which I thought i was gonna be waiting on acceptance which I didnt. As soon as I submitted my offer it was accepted and the money taken from my account. But I was gonna ask the seller if the measurements in the picture in the description was correct because if they were then it wasnt gonna work for my needs. The seller still hasn't answered me back to let me know after 2 days. I also tried to cancel the order but the seller wont cancel it and if the seller would answer my simple question then I would know if it wl work for me or not. If the item isnt gonna work why ship it to me so I have to pay return shipping. Since the seller doesnt practice good business by answering his messages is it fair for the buyer to pay return shipping when if he would answer his messages the order could be canceled saving lots of problems for both parties. Also when the seller wont respond to resolve a problem is it fair that they have to wait 3 days before anything can be done. Ebay should just issue the buyer a refund and cancel the order for the seller since they dont practice good business. This happens to me almost every time I order from any seller in ebay. Ebay doesnt seem to care to take care of their buyers only the sellers. So my 41 dollars is gonna be tied up for probably over a week because of a seller not practicing good business.

The seller did nothing wrong.
When you make an offer, you are agreeing that if the seller accepts your offer, you will be charged for the purchase. The purchase cannot be cancelled.
