Sellers that print the shipping and never send it.
eBay needs to hold onto these shady buyers funds until the item has actually been shipped. Not just the label printed. The last three items I’ve bought have been by these shady sellers. It’s so frustrating. Stop giving them money until you see the shipping supplier has the product.

Payments for new sellers are held at least until delivery, often longer.
The seller must ship to meet the estimated delivery date. If the item is late, open a not received claim. That is one way to alert eBay to the problem - sellers are measured on claims as well as on time delivery.
