Sellers that lie to get out of giving me a refund!!

I have been trying and trying to get a refund back. The seller is aware of the issue! Just told me to get ahold of EBay. When I told the seller the issue about not being new and a hole in the blanket. They said it wasnâ€™t from them. Just lied!! I want to get a refund from EBay but itâ€™s been tuff!! Please help!!

@roxy4margaret Did you file a not as described return request? Has the case been open at least 4 business days. If so then you need to ask eBay to step in and help.

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.

Here's what you need to do:

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Item is defective", "Arrived damaged", "Missing Parts" OR "Doesn't Match photos and description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
