sellers that drop ship items without informing buyer of such. Advertised ship from address is a lie!

Question

I strongly believe sellers should disclose that items are drop shipped. If I wanted to shop at amazon or walmart I would just go there rather than shop on eBay. Ads list a ships from address which is an out and out lie! I ordered two items from seller, only ever received one and neither seller nor eBay willing to replace or refund. SELLERS WHO DROP SHIP ITEMS SHOULD BE REQUIRED TO DISCLOSE THIS IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS! WHAT DO YOU THINK?
