Seller's store says nothing available in my area
I go to my past purchases, select an item I bought, then either click on seller's other items or click the seller name, and then I see their store but it says there are no items available in my area.
Seller has confirmed that they sell to my country, and if I just do a standard search I can find and buy their items.
Why doesn't it work when I directly go to their store?
