Sellers sending to Incomplete address
Two of my very latest orders had been sent with incomplete address although my FULL address is here for all to see. One item I'd ordered was a VERY long and drawn out affair with many messages to the seller. He/she made it sound like I was a liar when I said I hadn't gotten my order. It HAD been delivered but to someone else. I had to pull teeth to even get a refund. The other item did not have my space # either (I live in a mobile home park). My space had to be looked up and written on the package which I received earlier today. I think all sellers need to be more diligent when adding the buyer's addresses. I don't know what more I can do to get the items I've paid for. I've been awfully disgusted and oftentimes consider dropping Ebay because of their carelessness. Any thoughts??? 🤔

Mentor3 years agoWere your addresses handwritten by the sellers, or did they use ebay shipping to print the label? Go here to confirm your addresses. There are FIVE of them.

OP3 years agoOne package (my toaster) I did not get so I have no idea. One package had the correct address but my Space #20 was not on there. Someone had to look me up and write #20 on the package. The space # has to be on there since this is a mobile home park and lots of people live here.
Not sure if you can help me here but I have had problems with two different sellers. I have questions and/or comments but I get no response whatsoever. I don't think that is right. Is there anything I can do about it?

Mentor3 years agoFor the missing toaster, file an Item Not Received case when it is one day late according to ebay's estimated delivery date in your Purchase history. If your second seller used ebay shipping to print the label the Space 20 should be on the label. Did you go here to confirm your addresses? There are FIVE of them.

I would include the Space 20 on the same line as the rest of the street address and not on a separate line.
