Sellers selling fake silver coins.
Texas should initiate a licence program for sellers of silver and gold coins. Corrupt sellers register for short time and sell fake silver or gold and then there gone. Texas should have in a photo on file of each eBay seller and correct notorized of information and have a 1000 bond to do business. Identification of individuals who conspire to deceive customers could be traced. Ebay has thousands customers each week taken advantage of in these days of silvers popularity. Besides my efforts to stop what eBay refuses to do ,Texas would also benefit from the extre fees. This is not about clothes and other goods unless other scams I'm not aware off is going on and if the case sellers may have to be registered.Does not apply to

One possible solution is to chose to only buy from established, long term sellers that have been selling similar items for a while and that have a proven track record of receiving positive feedback from their buyers for those sales, and to choose to avoid new or inexperienced sellers that may be getting their stock from dodgy overseas sources.
