Sellers ripping off customers.
How does someone have a seller removed, (Made 8141 ) who is knowingly stealing money from buyers and not sending the product or responding to any requests. BTW Ebay was no help in this matter either.

OP5 months agoThank you, did that, tried that, no help. Ebay was no help either, I had to contact my cc company to get them to investigate the matter. Still no $$$ still no light.

If you followed the steps I gave you, you would have received a refund unless the seller posted tracking that proved delivery or if the case was opened with your credit card company while the eBay case was still open. So I'm thinking you missed a step somewhere.

If you don't receive an item, here's what to do...
Check the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History. When that date has passed, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. eBay will force the refund.
