Sellers rights regarding refunds
A buyer requested to return a pair of boots claiming they were too small & DID NOT FIT..They were clearly listed & photographed with the size visible to the buyer. I’m a top-rated seller with a NO RETURN ACCEPTED status. I denied the return, the seller appealed, & eBay just notified me that they’re allowing buyer to return & I must refund upon receipt. Is there no return protection for sellers?
