Seller's return shipping label is too small

Question

My seller sent return shipping label that is too small which leads to unclear bar code. Also, the weigh is 11.6 lbs but the label is 11 lbs. I request send the standard 4"*6" with right weight but he has not answered yet? What can I do since the shipping company will refuse the drop off.

The weight being off, is not a concern.
USPS will bill the same sender as the shipping label.

Did you open a return request or just ask the seller for a label?

If you just messaged the seller and haven't opened a return request, it may be time to do that.

Do not close your return request until you either have your refund in hand or you have the replacement item. Do not close it because the seller promises you something.
