You are NOT allowed to "name and shame" other users on these forums, no matter how much you think they deserve it. So don't "list" them here for us.
If a seller ends a listing which has had bids without a winner, cancelling all the bids, s/he is charged a fee to discourage doing so for dissatisfaction with the bidding.
If a seller cancels the transaction after there is a winner, s/he gets a "defect" that figures into his/her monthly selling status review for up to 12 months (unless the reason s/he gives blames the buyer: if the seller lied to blame you come back with details for advice). Except for cancellations for non-payment after 4 days (and possibly if the buyer actually requested a cancellation through eBay in the first hour) the buyer can leave feedback for up to 60 days, though some of the links to do so disappear (there is a link at the bottom of yours or anyones full Feedback Profile (what you get if you click someone's feedback score in parentheses on some, but no longer all, pages) to "Leave feedback" that brings up a list of items you can leave feedback for.
If these sellers are filing cancellations, you should be refunded in full. What reason did they give? If they stated Out of stock/damaged, then a defect was recorded on their account. Too many defects and the sellers can be restricted or suspended.
