What do us buyers do? You cant cancel after they print the label. You sit for weeks while your Credit Card has a hold on your money. Ebay needs to fix this

You only have to wait one day past the original estimated delivery date but no longer than 30 days to file a claim via the item in your Purchase history that you did not receive it. Follow the steps in the claim and they will lead to a refund through eBay.
