Sellers performance ratings
I’ve been downgraded from a Top Seller to Above Standard Seller yet my metrics are fine…no rtns, no negative feedback, no unresolved cases, over 100/$1000 in last 12 months, all tracking uploaded & all mailed on time. I can’t seem to find a way to successfully address it with eBay. The automated assistance sends me in circles. Help anyone! RAS
