Has anybody had trouble lately with getting ebay to payout sellers funds since them ditching Paypal ?

Payments for new or infrequent sellers are held 14 - 30 days depending on the item and the value.
You should be able to see an expected release date in your payment account. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin
