Sellers offer to watchlist
I've been alerted a few times to a "reduced" price for an item that I have on my own watchlist. I've also noted recently that I could do that with people on the watchlist for an item I have for sale. I didn't take advantage of that opportunity then and now I cannot find a way to get back to that. Is there a way to do this "manually" or is this just a random thing that eBay does?
