Seller's Offer to Buyers

Question

Greetings! I am curious about EBay's criteria, when EB suggests that I (the seller) make an offer to potential buyers.

Seems like, EB would suggest an offer be sent to "watchers." But I have items with watchers whom EB does not suggest I send an offer to. Also, occasionally, I am encouraged to send an offer on an item with zero watchers!

In addition to users that have added your item to a watch list, eBay may allow you to send an offer to a user that has added an item to a cart, or a user that has viewed an item more than once.

Hi @keher9849 Some Buyers have settings that block unsolicited offers so even if an item has a Watcher you may not be able to send an offer on that item.
