Sellers not sending packages to the shipping address listed on eBay

Question

Suddenly I am not receiving my packages tracking says delivered to mail box

I have a warehouse and a receiving desk and we know all our delivery drivers. UPS FEDEX USPS.

They all confirm the tracking #s assigned to the packages are not for my address.

eBay Customer support insists they were delivered so no refund or reship.

Check your order details to see if your shipping address appears there. If not, check your Primary shipping address and make sure it has not been changed:

https://accountsettings.ebay.com/uas/addresses

If your order was delivered to a zip code 2600 miles from the address in your order details, you should be able to win an "item not received" case with eBay. That is not necessarily the case if the shipping address is in the same zip code, though, as eBay cannot see the actual delivery address linked to the tracking, just the zip code.

If your primary shipping address has been changed to an address you do not recognize, your account may have been hacked.
