Sellers not responding
What can be done to get a response or satisfaction from a seller that isn't responding or fulfilling an order? Is there any way to get your money back in this situation

Mentor2 years agoIf the item does not arrive by the last estimated delivery date, the next day you can file an "item not received" case with eBay. The seller will have three business days to provide tracking that shows delivery or to refund you. If the seller does not cooperate, ask eBay to step in and refund you at the earliest opportunity.
