Sellers Not Answering Questions About Their Products
Is anyone else finding it frustrating that some sellers don't answer questions? I've been looking to buy a piece of jewelry as a birthday present and I wrote to sellers with easy questions for important details that they didn't put in their description, for example, the width of a band, what the base metal is, how many carats, how long are the earrings, etc. One seller sent me a link to a home shopping network video from 6 years ago that never mentioned my reason for making contact and because it was so old the specs for the jewelry were no longer available. Others never respond at all. There are lots of choices and I move on but its definitely frustrating.
