Sellers not answering
I've bought some parts from a seller and it was saying 2 years warranty and only last 2 months I've contacted the seller but now is not answering back so sort out the issue how can I sort this issue out?

Mentor1 year agoUnless the seller is an authorized dealer for the manufacturer sellers have nothing to do with warranty issues. The seller only places the manufacturers warranty information into the listing but it is not a guaranty that they will help with the warranty. You need to contact the manufacturer to see if they will honor the warranty.
