sellers listing says "includes import fees"

Question

Im interested in a sellers shoes shipping from outside US. sellers listing says "includes import fees" next to import fees header in shipping, returns & payment section.

Im skeptical, so im wondering what would happen if shoes arrive and customs says i am required to pay to release them. would ebay refund me under these circumstances if seller did not in fact include import fees?

@antged-91 Are you sure that shoes will fit? Are you sure that they are authentic? Returns to other countries can be very tricky as sellers can not provide return shipping labels.

If the listing has the blue banner at the top of it that says import fees are included then you should be fine in that regard. When sellers ship using Spedpak from Japan and China tariffs are prepaid.
