Sellers Listing Says Delivery before Christmas
 I bought from a seller who in the Listing for the item says it will be delivered before Christmas.
i brought it and not the delivery says February 2nd and days later it now says February 6th.
whole all the time the listing title still claims it will be delivered before Christmas.
the Seller won’t respond but is frequently online putting new listings up and infact another listing the same as they sold be claiming the item will be delivered before Christmas but delivery isn’t until February 6th
No one of I’ll help me, No Phone numbers or chances to talk to a real person about my situation and it says I can’t do anything or open a case until February.
Im so distraught over this because it’s a Christmas gift and I need it for Christmas or I don’t want it.
the Seller also put on the listing No returns. I Honestly don’t know what to do.
I’ve been using eBay since the Early 2000 off and on and have never had a problem that I could directly call eBay to talk to REAL person.
the Customer service has gone down so much and I don’t think I will continue to use eBay after this because they are letting sellers manipulate the system.

OP2 years agoThey just put up another listing so I know they were online and are just ignoring my messages
 
this was not for sale yesterday because I’m been scanning the items they have for sale
