    Sellers listing item as shipping from usa but using 3rd party sellervin china. Is this a violation?
                     

    Seller has item as shipping from usa. Tracking info shows it shipping from Ali Express in China. Is this a violation?

    I'm sorry that happened. That is against eBay policy. It is a violation and you can report the seller.

     

    The seller should ship from the item location in the listing.
