Not sure if it is the same for every account, but on my Seller Hub Overview page just under the "Research" tab in the upper right, there is a link to "Opt out of Seller Hub":
I've never found an Opt out option on my account and I don't see one under Research (on the dropdown or on the Research page). Could you grab a screenshot? This question does come up from time to time...
See @eburtonlab 's screenshot and compare it to your Seller Hub to see if you have an opt out option. I don't and I've seen many posts from members who cannot opt out, but you may be able to.
It's really best to try to get used to Seller's Hub however as it has tools that you really should use as a seller. After using it for a while and exploring around in there, you'll find you want to stick with it.
