Sellers How to turn off autopay
I am a large seller $2M a year in sales. I need to turn off autopay and have no idea how to do it. I used to have concierge phone support and now can't get through. I have weekly buyers that combine and will lose $$$ in sales if I can't turn this off. Many buyers accumulate and I re-invoice mid week and most large buyers do not pay within 72 hours. We have auctions and combine weekly. Buyers buy many items from us often for thousand of dollars . My buyers are freaking out! HELP!Â

The option to disable auto pay is toward the bottom.
