Sellers error when sending two different item with the same order # and item number as well.
I returned 1 of 2 items on the same order, but because the seller used the same item number for two different parts when i returned the first part i got my refund. Now i cant return the second part for a refund because the QR code has already been used. They want me to return the second part and pay for the shipping at my own cost. What do i do? I can not contact Ebay it will not allow me to get a phone number to call and explain my situation with a customer rep.
