Sellers death
When a seller has died suddenly and is a very active seller on eBay. How does one notify everyone who has maybe bid on his things. I am sure people are trying to get ahold of him. I talked to an eBay person and she was no help because she couldn't tell me the names or emails of the people who bid on his items for privacy purposes. So what do I do.

You need to ask customer service to close the seller’s account - they will need a copy of the death certificate. Then they will cancel the auctions or any recent transactions, and issue refunds if needed.
