Sellers cancelling purchases due to "Issue with buyer's shipping address"
I have had several purchases cancelled with the reason given is: "Issue with buyer's shipping address". Problem is, I have purchased multiple items from the very same location and not had any issue.

It seems that one of the seller's you had the issue with is China based and because of the Tariff war between the U.S. & China they could not complete the transactions for the prices given. They give an item location in N.Y. but its possible the warehouse they ship from no longer has the item in stock and because China has stopped the unloading of their ships, they didn't get more stock.
One of the sellers is brand new and probably cancelled the listing because they did not know about the 21-30 day hold ebay places on new sellers first few payments. All they saw on their account was that the payment status was marked as Pending, so they did not want to ship the item. That is a common problem with new sellers.
Both sellers violated ebay's cancellation policies to avoid paying the fees, by selecting Problem with address.
Open the link below, and click on the Report a Seller button.
Select from the menu The seller has violated one of ebay's policies > Continue
From the next menu select Other Then fill in the requested info, and when you get to the text box write:
The seller cancelled the transaction for an invalid reason, Problem with address to avoid paying fees. I have been using the same address on ebay for years and there has never been a problem with sellers shipping items to it.
Filing the report will cause the sellers to receive defects on their accounts and they will have to pay the transaction fees for using an invalid cancellation reason.
