Sellers Cancelling Orders
Recently I’ve had a string of sellers cancelling orders, after I’ve already paid, saying the item is out of stock. In some cases, the item is relisted immediately after, so it clearly isn’t out of stock.
It would seem the actual reason they’re cancelling the order is because the item sold for less than they wanted it to or they accepted an offer that they later changed their mind about.
As a buyer, do I have any recourse for this behavior? I tried to report them, but since they issued a refund, I’ve not able to (as far as I can find).
I appreciate any help the community’s is able to provide!

It's a frustrating problem for sure. You can report the seller for not completing the sale and then relisting for a higher price here:

You can also leave appropriate feedback to warn other buyers.

Each eBay item has a Report item link on it. You can certainly try using that but unless a number of other Buyers do that same eBay will not do anything.
Now, Sellers who use the Out-of-stock reason to cancel receipt a defect on their account and if they do that enough eBay can take action and restrict or suspend their account ...
If the Sellers are newer they probably haven't figured out how to price their items to make their desired profit ...
