Sellers cancell orders at will
Can someone please explain me how the policy of protection of the clients/customers works?
Ebay allow a seller to cancell an order which has been purchased at the correct time and price ?
I got TWO orders cancelled by two sellers in 3 days. One was because the seller regretted accepting an offer and used the lie that the buyer had regretted the purchase.
The second seller canceled the purchase because he was offered more money on another sales plattform.
Two purchases of + US$ 8.000 !! And I get my money back 4 or 5 days later ?
What is happening with ebay sales regulations and policies ?

1. The seller has violated one of eBay s policies

4. Seller stated I wanted to cancel to avoid a defect.
Submit.
If the other seller stated Out of Stock, then he had a defect recorded on his account. Too many defects and he can be restricted or suspended.
