Sellers Bid on their own items.
Do you see the same thing I do that winning bidders often are 100% buyers from certain sellers. If the coin is selling too low, they bid it up to value plus to make extra money. Anyone else see this?

The information shown in the Bid History shows only the percentage of the seller’s AUCTIONS they’ve bid on in the past 30 days.
The vast majority of eBay purchases are from Buy It Now listings or Best Offers … which aren’t shown in the auction stats you mention.
Many people see shill bidding where it doesn’t exist. I don’t know if that applies to you … but it applies to the majority of people who post here about shill bidding.
Shill bidding is a FELONY. It occurs far less frequently than people think.

Mentor2 years agoSellers cannot bid on their own items. The software does not allow it. If the buyer has only bid on one item on the whole of ebay, and no other items, you will see that the buyer has bid 100% with this seller. That is because he hasn't bid on any other listings.
