Seller's autr generated shipping label

Question

When I print the shipping label, the return address is wrong. The address on my account is correct. How do i correct this error?

@newmil.8989 You can cancel this label and then do the following steps to make sure you don't have any further issues. Select Cancel from the drop down menu next to the label on this page> https://www.ebay.com/ship/labels/seller-hub The postal service will refund you in about 3 to 4 weeks and it will show on your all transactions page

I recommend these steps to make sure that you don't have a problem with a bad return address in the future.

ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings. Be sure to update ALL of the shipping addresses.

#2 Require an RMA number for returns. This is any number you wish to use. https://www.ebay.com/rtn/Return/SellerRules

#3 When you require an RMA number you have a chance to provide your OWN return shipping label that will have postage insurance for loss in shipping or damage. eBay return labels don't have insurance.

I would buy the return label from Pirateship.com This is VERY important for high priced items.
