Sellers aren't pro active to ship after payment.
I just need to voice my thoughts and perhaps Ebay will eventually hear them. But, I sincerely doubt it.
I've been buying on ebay for a long time and the majority of transactions are positive. I shop for personal and business items.
However, I've recently experienced two different sellers who do not ship the items in a timely fashion. They do not respond to emails and the purchasing process becomes difficult. I've already paid in full! Now ship the **bleep** item!
And I'm an extremely patient person.
What this does is it makes me stop purchasing for a while until these transactions get resolved.
Eventually, I cease buying for long periods of time because of bad experiences, with dishonest or just plain lazy sellers.
Not sure there is anything ebay can do but, they should vet the sellers better and communicate to them the rules of buying and selling.
Ultimately, it becomes a nuisance to purchase on ebay and that's discouraging. You start to loose trust and that's basically what ebay is about, trust.
Once again, the majority of my purchases have been with honest good, mindful sellers. It only takes a few to spoil the experience, it's incredibly frustrating and I stop buying.
