Sellers are unable to leave me feedback.

I've noticed that sellers have been unable to leave me feedback for months. My feedback stopped when it hit 1200. I reached out to a few of the sellers, and they said they tried but that a blank box just appears and they aren't able to.
The same thing happens when I click on their feedback. I am able to leave feedback for the purchases but if I click on their feedback to make sure it was received, a blank white box appears.
It looks like a technical problem. Unfortunately, trying to contact eBay is an absolute joke.
I'd really appreciate any help on this matter!
