Question

Has anybody had issues with shipping cards and they said order has not delivered but you message the buyer and they said it has been delivered ? Also eBay doesn’t know what I’m talking about and said I need to contact usps but usps says the tracking number eBay provided isn’t a real tracking number

The ebay standard envelopes are "read" by the scanners at the sorting machines in the hubs, which is why there are size and thickness requirements. Then they are sent to your local post office for final delivery. That is why they show as DELIVERED several days before actually being delivered to the buyer.
