Sellers Always Buying the Wrong Item

How do I go about keeping my seller performance up, when Buyers all want to return, defective item. Which it's not. I go ahead and relist to sell it again and I have no problem. Ebay will not fix this issue. Something else need to happen when seller returns the item.

There is nothing for Ebay to "fix", they cannot control buyers filing return requests.
