Sellers account no longer exists, i cant get a refund.

Question

I paid $300 for a GPU. I submitted a cancellation request. The seller’s account no longer exists. The item never arrived and the order/cancellation is not showing properly in my Purchases. I need the order cancelled and a full refund.

@jrod-8515 You are still covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Buyers can not cancel orders, you need to file a not received refund request case.

This is what eBay says for items that have been removed from the site>

If we've removed a listing, and you've already bought and paid for the item, we recommend waiting 10 days for it to arrive. If your item hasn't arrived after 10 days, let us know. If you receive your item, but want to return it, you can request a refund.
