I ordered shoes with eBay authentication after a few days the seller’s account can’t be found on eBay

·8 months agoIf it disappeared that quickly, the seller didn’t delete it, eBay suspended them. This could be for many reasons, and most of them won’t affect whether you receive your item. (Such as the seller having unpaid seller fees).
If the last estimated date of delivery passes, the next day you can open an item not received case for a refund. If you experience problems doing that due to the seller’s suspension, you can also go to your credit card company for a chargeback, but exhaust all your possibilities with eBay first.
