Sellers
I've just ended over 50 listings, due to the unethical behavior of ebay and their catering to unethical buyers. They mention 'seller guarantee,' there is no such thing, I've been victim of several chargebacks in a row, for no valid reason. Ebay, simply pulled the funds. At least I got the first two products back (at my expense). Now, I lose product and item and shipping cost. AND there is no longer any way to contact ebay.
THIS SHIP IS SINKING. Call me a Karen, or naive, or paranoid, but I've successfully moved on to newer, more upstanding venues. Even free Craigslist has been more lucrative and trustworthy this year, including SHIPPING items!
The writing is on the wall, make the shift, or get caught blindsided.
Good riddance, fleaBay...
25 years down ad done, and I feel fine. Screw someone else.

Do you actually read any of the replies to the messages you post here?
Users have repeatedly pointed out how to contact eBay each time you have asked.

Credit card chargebacks are initiated by card holders through the credit card issuer. If a card holder claims not to recognize a credit card transaction or denies having made it at all and the bank goes along with that card holder, there is not much that eBay can do about it.
As long as a buyer can pay with a credit card, a chargeback is a possibility up to six months or more from the date of the transaction, regardless of the marketplace used.
