Hello, I have tried to get in touch with ebay, but to no avail so I am reaching out to you guys for help. I sell alot of items on ebay, however my seller performance is below standard and ebay has limited my postings.
I do not have any unresolved cancellations or issues. I have 1 negative feedback over 6 months ago.
I am confused on how this happened. Help please on what to do to get to the above standard rating once again.
Am I missing something? Your input is greatly appreciated.

Look at your month breakdown to see when the defects will roll out of the 12 month calculation. You either have to wait for them to age off, or you need to sell more than you sold 12 months ago to make your defect % go down.
