Seller wouldn’t cancel item, no won’t return item
Asked seller to cancel order 6-8 hours after purchase. Purchase was about 6-7 pm. Would not cancel. Asked for a return for refund and was declined. Now what?

Mentor5 months agoSellers are not required to cancel purchases. If they are a drop shipper they probably cannot cancel the purchase as the item sale is already at the drop shipping company. You asked for a return but without actually having the item in hand you would not be able to return the item within the eBay deadline. You should have waited until the item arrived and then ask about a refund. Now once the item arrives you can ask your payment source about a charge back.

Mentor5 months agoIf the seller declined the return it sounds like there was a no return policy in place. There wouldn't be a valid reason for a charge back when just wanting to cancel.
