Seller won't Ship / Hold on funds
Anyone able to shine some light on this... I won an auction and paid immediately. Was contacted two days later by the seller who said that the Funds were on hold until 8/21 and that they would not ship my item until they got paid. My funds/payment method is good as I am a frequent buyer and seller on this platform.
That's 3 weeks from now and beyond a Standard Hold timeframe.. Anyone else have a similar experience, please advise

Mentor3 years agoMust be a new seller who doesn't know the rules. Sellers must use the shipping service the buyer selected during eBay checkout.
Best you can do is politely tell him to please review ebay policy on shipping items on time and send them this link:

Otherwise, if the item doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery time, open an Item Not Received dispute the day after.
