seller won't ship
I purchased a book on the July 17th 2023. It is now the 25th and the seller still hasn't shipped. I contacted them 5 times with no response. Responded after the 6 th contact. The seller states they are holding the item for another buyer who purchased before me but could not pay. So the seller has my money and is stating that they are waiting to hear back from the other buyer. How can they have an active listing while it is already sold to someone else? I can't find anywhere to ask eBay to step in and make the seller ship the item I already paid for.

What is the estimated date of delivery? Has that date passed already?
IF/WHEN the latest estimated date of delivery has already passed by at least 1 day, you have up to 30 days past estimated date of delivery to file a Refund Request:
Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase history
If the seller does not respond after 3 days, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.
