Seller won't ship.
Won the auction, which said the seller ships to all USA, but did not specify a s/h fee. Then ebay sent an email saying seller won't ship to Caloifornia. Seller refuses to communicate at all. These are three postcards, which could go in a regular envelope - no special s/h requirements. I can't figure out how to report this to ebay because I have not paid yet (can't pay until seller specifies s/h). What do I do?

Mentor1 year agoThis sounds like a new seller who doesn't know how to ship using the ebay Standard Envelope. The listing probably shows Shipping not specified. The seller will need to send an Invoice before you can pay.

OP1 year agoThanks, if you helped. Without explanation, seller now will ship to California and the item has been paid. Hopefully, clear sailing from here.
