    seller won't respond to selling defective merchandise
                     

    Bought a defective censor dog collar from imflippinlivin and have reached out twice to them and asked for assistance and have been ignored. I would recommend not doing business with them

    Open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in.
