If the seller doesn't respond then on the 7th day after purchase you can file a not received refund request.

4 business days after you file the refund request ask eBay to step in and help if the seller has not refunded you.

OP10 months agoThank you. The seller has not responded to any of my messages for a week and a half. I am supposed to pick it up, but I don't know where. I tried to cancel, but it was denied. eBay just keeps telling me to contact the seller. I'm out a lot of money if I don't find a solution. And I don't want to use eBay anymore.

Mentor10 months ago@kew.rr2. You can't cancel but you should be able to file a not received refund request 7 days after purchase. Let me know if that works or not.

OP10 months agoI finally talked to customer service and they are refunding my money because the seller never responded to them either.
